This year ElixirConf™ is offering two days of training, with world class experts, and seven classes to choose from.
You can register for the two day conference, or add one or two days of training to your ticket!
To register for a class, choose either a "+1 Day Training" or a "+2 Day Training" ticket. After your ticket purchase, you will be given the ability to select your training class(es).
Classes in rooms B, C, D and E are taught on Day 1 and repeated on Day 2 to help you organize a training schedule that best fits your needs.
Note that each class is a one day class except for the "Embedded Elixir Device Development with Nerves" class, which is a two day course. Registration for "Embedded Elixir Device Development with Nerves" is a separate ticket (not available with a +2 Day Training ticket) due to the class having a $120 hardware fee. Attendees will walk away from this class with a substantial amount of hardware.

This year at ElixirConf, Phoenix Core team members Gary Rennie and Jason Stiebs are hosting a contribution sprint for the Phoenix Guides, and Rob Martin, functional programmer and co-founder of multiple startups, will be teaching his popular workshop “A Gentle Introduction to Functional Programing with Elixir” for attendees new to Elixir.
The Phoenix Guides Sprint will be held on Wednesday, Sep 6, from 9-5 pm during ElixirConf! Jason and Gary will organize small teams and mentor them through the current guides and on submitting patches from the open PRs in the Phoenix Guides github repo.
Join us for this effective and fun way to help move Phoenix forward!
The workshop, “A Gentle Introduction to Functional Programing with Elixir”, is designed for attendees new to Elixir, and who identify as women or non-binary. The workshop takes place Sep 6, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
